1. What is GrocBeats?
GrocBeats is a file hosting platform. Currently, we focus on audio files (MP3, WAV, etc.), but we will soon support all types of files. We also plan to rebrand in the near future.
2. How do I sign up?
On the homepage, click the **Register** button if you don’t have an account. If you already have an account, click **Login**.
3. Is GrocBeats free?
Yes, GrocBeats operates on a **freemium model**. Currently, all features are free.
4. Do I need an account to upload files?
Yes, you must create an account to upload files.
5. What types of files can I upload?
For now, we only support audio files like MP3 and WAV. However, we plan to support **all file types** soon.
6. What is the maximum file size I can upload?
Currently, the maximum file size allowed is **120 MB**.
7. How long do files stay on the platform?
File retention depends on several factors. **Inactive files** (free members) may be deleted after **90 days**. However, even active files are not guaranteed to stay indefinitely. This policy may change at any time.
8. Can I delete a file after uploading?
Yes, you can delete files at any time.
9. How do I upload a file?
Log in, go to your **profile**, navigate to the **dashboard**, and select **upload**.
10. What should I do if I forget my password?
Go to the **Login** page and click **Forgot Password**. Enter your email, and you will receive an **OTP**. Enter the OTP and set a new password.
11. Can I earn money from my uploads?
Not yet. We haven’t launched the monetization feature, but it is coming soon.
12. Can I share my uploaded files with others?
Soon, yes. But for now, file sharing is limited.
13. Can I password-protect my files?
Not yet, but we plan to add this feature in the future.
14. Will there be different plans (free vs. premium)?
It will depend on our future decisions.
15. Can I get a refund if I upgrade to a paid plan?
No, unless there is a valid reason (e.g., if the site goes down due to an error that we fail to resolve).
